Just tried to match my 60k offer to the 70k offer. They refused, since I got the annual fee waived and the 70k offer doesn't waive the annual fee.

there's a soft limit, and I've transfered part of it to a personal United card a few months back, but it seems like it was a one time fluke. I've tried several times since, no go.

i tried switching from united biz with a cl to personal and was shut down three times yesterday
