Booking flights with british
« on: July 24, 2014, 05:56:10 PM »
I was told to go to AA.com and check for flight times on there. After I find the available flight, I go to BA and try to book a flight with AVIOS points. My problem is, when I see the available flight on AA it doesn't show up on British airway. My first flight I got a flight from MIA to LAS but non showed up for IAH to MIA. Anyone have a problem with BA? Would like your input

thanks

You were supposed to make the OP search. How else will they learn
Look when you joined the forums and even when I did it was a lot less overwhelming than it is these days. I agree that people need to search but I figured it wouldn't hurt being nice as well. A better solution would be to program the forums not to allow new topics from members with less than x amount of posts.

That actually was in place once where you needed to have 25 posts but that was removed

Ok so i found my answer. The stuff you guys provided above didn't work for me. What I did was I looked up the flight on AA.com and then called up British Airways. I booked the flight via phone with them. Thanks for the help who forwarded me to links instead of trash talking the whole time.

How long did you wait on the phone? I've been on hold 35 min now

I was on hold for 30 minutes. I thought the wait was long because it was a Sunday.
