why? I applied for arrival, usair, Lufthansa 3BM got denied only Lufthansa

I recently did a 3bm for my first ever Barclaycards,  Instant on the M&M, Recon Approved US Air, and Arrival denied.

I had to call to get approved, but they gave it to me. Moved over 10k from my other cards. Told them I opened 2 cards. One for regular spending and one for airline.

2) BoA Alaska Airlines 25k + $100 X3 = 75k + $300
Amex (no pull!) Platinum $400 PGGM (no AF, no points), SPG 25k = 25k + $400

Total = 275k points/miles + $750
