so someone can either type in the code and get 20% their, say, $90, purchase, and pay $72
or, they can trust you, and send you $70 to make their purchase, and lose out on CC points (not many, but it narrows the gap)

and if they want to return something, i dont know how it works if you used kohls cash, but i imagine you get back some sort of kohls cash or GC or something. as opposed to a refund.
but hey, maybe someone offers you something better
