internet cafe in yerushalayim

Need a reliable, reasonably priced internet cafe, non sleezy and quiet  with a smoke free enviroment in Yerushalayim for a few hours of work on their computers
Does anyone have an idea?

Off ben yehuda, IIRC if you buy multiple hours at once it comes to around 10 shek an hour

If I may add:Need to be able to use headphones, hopefully theirs, need some privacy to be able to concentrate.
Been to a half decent place, BUT to much smoking and talking and pretty hot to, which make it very difficult to concentrate

try out in the tachana merkazit top floor, the computers on the upper level (up the stairs) you can buy a card with a few hours and get a free drink

Try the place on aggripas st. Two doors down from chafetz chaim butcher shop. The entrance looks grungy, but it a clean, private place. I think 14 sheq/hr.
