Just tried some shtick, and had it worked it would have stayed off of DDF, but it's a no go. THe idea was to ask CS to transfer the credits from amazon video to amazon promotional credit. It was close, but no cigar. At least they give me 5 bucks for goodwill, so it's certainly worth a chat

It was wishful thinking--always worth a try. Could have been a big money maker for 2 minutes of my time. i also got 5 bucks out of it. lOok, i have been astounded what some companies have given me etc.., and after some expereinces, it was worth the try.

It isn't as outlandish as you guys are making it to be. I was transferred to three higher ups before told no. One of the greatets lessons of DDF is that it never hurts to ask because sometimes you will be surpirsed.

It may not hurt if you have the time, but that one was kinda "outlandish" as you say. The whole promo is to give free video credit which costs Amazon $0. Exchanging that to real Amazon credit, costs them actual money.

Also, the $0.02 item that came back "in stock" won't help. If it ships in 1-2 months, it might not actually ship until the expiration date of this offer.

Very true. Agreed that it was out there, but it was worth a shot IMHO. Again, if you ask, you will get 5 bucks promotioanl credit. My college class is much easier than I thought, and have A LOT OF TIME. Did you get my PM btw?

When you rent a movie, it will automatically deduct from your video credit before charging your cc.
