I've made about 6 purchases this week (all seperately.) I have been getting $1 - u think they would give me an extra dollar per purchase if asked?

If one has Amazon Prime, would they still shut ur account? If so, do they refund the money in a pro-rated way?

There's no formula. You probably wont get blacklisted based on this alone, depends on the rest of your history with Amazon. I would pass on this for things more worthwhile in the future. There really is no reason they should give you any more money.

Nope, just used $7 on a book - is it possible that most of your credits expired on 6/30?
