let Evolve know. this does happen. make sure you check the balance first to see if the card is active.
I called evolve this morning.. spoke to a José.. he took the cards first 6 digits.. said they need to look into it further and promised me he will personally call me back with why this is happening with this card... and yes the cards are active and loaded so.... it's a waiting game now.... or I can try bluebird..
