1) None of their US numbers seem to work. CA just rings; Chicago is disconnected; TX is disconnected; and NY goes to a cell phone voicemail. Don't bother.

Just call +64-804-1-807-807 (and press 2 for English).

2) If you'd like to register for their FFP, you better live in one of the following states

3) Award calculator looks to be OW and not RT.

4) Not sure on YQ yet, but I think it's charged.

Award chart is indeed per way.

YQ is charged and it matches what's shown on ITA. For your reference, DPS/CGK-NRT is $165 YQ.

Thus, CGK/DPS-NRT in F would cost 90K GA + $165 YQ + $14 taxes.

From what I've found out, it may be possible just to fax everything in, despite what the website says. Not 100% confirmed, though.

Wow! GA F seems great - http://www.airliners.net/aviation-forums/trip_reports/read.main/256786/. Only way to really book this with miles is with Citi ThankYou points.

190k Garuda Points (tranferred from TY) are needed for first class from CGK to AMS.

Wow, indeed. Blew my chance to fly GA F for the foreseeable future when I flew JL F CGK-NRT.

While you're on the phone, feel free to confirm DPS-NRT is 90K and CDG-AMS is 190K.
