Since I was not able to find anything here on the forums regarding CoCo Key resort I will write something up.
I'm currently at the ML Hotel/CoCo Key resort, Now this place is not a 5 star hotel. The rooms are clean & the furniture in the rooms definitely needs to be replaced. the stuff here is old. We had a problem with the TV and i called downstairs. They sent a guy up and he saw the TV was not working well so he smacked the back of it and it works perfectly now. Now that is what I call Russian style.
The outdoor Pool is nice my kids had a good time in it. The indoor Waterpark also needs some updating but was perfect for my kids whom range from 7 - 1 years old. Some of the lifeguards were not well trained. My 5yr old who is very short did not have many options. based online we thought she had more options. At one point a lifeguard let her on a slide and then later on a different lifeguard said she was to short and she almost had a meltdown. Same thing happened to my 7yr old who is also on the short side. we went on the tube ride and she loved it. then later after the lifeguard changed, the new lifeguards said she was too short for this tube slide. It's a hit or miss. so my DW complained to the manager and he said he'll have a talk with his staff. He also apologized to us and gave us $10 arcade cards.
Overall my kids ended up having a good time. that's the main thing. The hotel offers free coffee during the weekdays so i did not have to go to a 7-11. there is a shoprite 5 minutes away which was convenient.

Many Lakewood day camps for girls rent out the water park
