last year i got offered one of these deals. i signed up but couldnt take it. obviously i couldnt refund it (even though the "greeters" lied and told me i could. yes i called AMEX but they cant do anything after so long)
for $25 i can transfer to someone. here are the requirements and some details
- must stay by Aug 16th 2014
has to be married couple with one over 25 OR
single female over 30
must speak and understand english
must have full time job
kids under 12 are free
otherwise additional person is $25 each - up to 4 in room
room is king bed with pullout sofa can upgrade to 2 queen beds for $50 a day
taxes will be charged
must hear timeshare presentation - 2-3 hours for the Grandview
for either a 3 day/2 night weekend stay (check in fri or saturday) or 4 day/3 night weekday (check in sun - tue)
i know its alot of details/rules - next time i will not be accepting these offers without really looking at the t&c's
