Need cheap desktop

I need a cheap desktop with flat screen for my kids. They play games and a little bit of typing. I see in Cosco a emachines with a screen for $399 but I have to pay taxes and the hd was a little small at 160gb. Did anyone notice anything cheaper or better in this price range.

What kind of games do you kids play and what processor does the emachines have?

I doubt you'll find anything good that will be much cheaper (with a screen included).

when u say, not major games. is that medal of honor or need for speed, cause nowadays most games take up a lot of processing power ,ram ,and decent video cards.

I'd say Dell probably has better promos for approximately that price, but that should do the job.

A quick look around found this Dell deal, I'm sure if you look there are even better deals to be found (the graphics card isn't as good, but the processor is Intel).

Or this Dell, specs aren't as good, but the total price is lower.

Just went to costco and even though they had a lot of them Friday they must have pulled it as they are gone.

I am going to look into it but was hoping for something that would come faster thiming about picking up a computer at Micro Center for $250 and buying a screen. I did like the costco warranty and return policy.

I'd go with the Dell with the 21.5 screen for $439 before any emachines junk.

Costco warranty is just an extra year and is not as good as AMEX's extra year of warranty.
And the return policy is just 90 days.
