Applied for Barclaycard arrival plus online,
Received Barclycard arrival card, not the plus. Didn’t realize it until day 3. Tried calling, after 5 phone calls, telling me to speak to applications dept, new applications, status, I finally got to a supervisor who said nothing can be done and this is the card I must use or I can cancel the account
I messaged them twice and they are telling me to call
Anyone have this happen?
