Ottawa Master Thread

There doesn't appear to be a thread for Canada's capital.

We're thinking of going over Chol HaMoed Succos. Anyone know how long to go for? Is 5 hours long enough or should we stay overnight.

Besides touring Parliament, are there any must do activities?

Anyone with personal experience from visiting Ottawa?

I'm going for a day next month. I know there are limited kosher options -- a bakery that seems to serve breakfast and lunch.  Open on Shabbat...but listed as acceptable by the YI.

Is there a museum or another site (sight?) not to miss?

Plan to stay at the Andaz.  Thanks.
