Quoting page 46 means you have the book printed in 2008.
In the reviewed edition (2010) its page 49.
About the poll majority, I couldn't agree more: as the joke goes:

Moish: Dan where are you going for Pessach?
Dan: To LA.
Moish: Dan, you are telling me that you are going to LA, because you think, that I will think, that really, you are going to Florida, but the truth is, that you ARE going to LA.
So why do you lie to me?!

Bottom line:
If yiddalach vote for you not to do something you might want to do opposite.
+ this shark must be a pretty good swimmer to get so fast to Dahab.

well at €74.99 plus intl shipping i could only afford one.
as far as your example, i hope you will explain it in further detail in the 2011 edition
