Does Turkish open up I class last minute?

Does anyone know if or when Turkish opens I class for award bookings? There are 4 tickets available in j class
Specially looking for Oct 23rd ist -mle for 2.

How much is the cash price to upgrade to j? Can I be done if booked in y with points?

Tk does open award closer in but I dont know the pattern.

As far as I understand, TK doesn't have a pattern, they just release a bunch at a time.
