No foreign transaction fee card question

My daughter is going to Israel for seminary and I want to fund her through ATMs but dont want to pay For. transaction fees. Any ideas? I have a bluebird card for her would that work a Israeli ATMs and is there a FTF?

usaa has a 1% foreign transaction fee.  They will refund the ATM fee, but AFAIK no Israeli BANK atms charge fees on foreign cards.

chase college has a fee by the le'umi atm's?  i dont think so but i want to double check with someone that tried recently

I don't have a chase debit card,  however I've used several different banks cards at leumi, discount, hapoalim, and never had a fee charged.

Chase told me that they've got all kinds of fees on debit cards. What is Chase college?

Schwab wont allow any cash management tools to minors ( my daughter's 18th B-day is in Nov. BEH)

Create a schwab account in your name and give her the card to use

Also check out HSBC, I think they don't charge fees to use their debit card overseas and as mentioned above the vast majority of ATM's in Israel don't change fees

chase college is  for students. no fee checking account.
