I swipped tons of GC's and was shut down, but the reason they told for the shut down wasn't for GC swipes, it was because I used my own cc (for a dumb $1)

Unless you're hitting a spend, that's ~$25 per 1000 miles. That really worth it?

Swiping $200 costs $3.50
Total fees=$8.38
Total miles=1,035.
Cost per mile=.08

An incredible deal even without factoring a signup bonus.
