Bar Mitzvah Vacation Rental

Looking to rent a house to host at least 30+ people for a bar mitzvah shabbos weekend for my son this coming summer.
Anywhere within 2 hours-ish drive of NYC would be fine

Anyone out there know of a place?

There is an ad everyweek in Yated and hamodia,  with a house in monsey designed exactly for that.

I was a mashgiach for a large event at this place in Tannersville, NY.
It was quite an amazing event but they did hire a party planner, chef, and wait staff. And they put a tent on the deck to serve as a dining room while using the indoor dining room as an extended living room/ tea room.
