How about stopping the israel seminary business, and opening more local seminaries?

1)girls will be dating a year earlier, many more Iy'h will get engaged.
2) ppl won't be forced to spend 20k on seminary wether or not they can afford it.
3) girls won't be getting brainwashed in seminary to only want a 10yr+ learner and a/o else is a goy...

He's saying if a woman possesses these characteristics and uses them lshem shamayim then they become praiseworthy. Doesn't contradict the notion that a guy who wants a younger girl because she's prettier is nothing close to a ben toirah.

girls will start dating earlier, giving them more time to date, before they become the "old crop".
The way it is now, girls get back from seminary b4 the summer, a lot of the new boys don't want to go out till after the freezer, so the "new girls" are held back from dating till tu bishvat, the next crop of 1000's of girls come back from seminary few months later, so basically each "new girl" only gets few months so to speak to date while they are in their "prime", before the become "old news" and get looked over by the new girls...

1) Won't increase the demand side of the equation, which is the number of guys looking for girls. It would simply cause 19 year olds to have competition from 18 year olds.
3) US seminaries don't push that?
