My question was: let's say both CX & JL have F open, if flying as a couple, is it worth the stop? Yes my destination is HKG, Should I do one way CX & the return JL or VS VS? I would like to try another F product.
If trying out new products is meaningful and attractive to you (as it is to me, but apparently not Dan or others) than absolutely. Fly one way JL and the other CX.
If CX is open then CX F > JL F even as a couple, but I'd say that's more true on a flight that's mainly a night flight. If you have a westbound daytime flight JL is more conducive to talking. However if your option is to try both just do that.
