LAX->NRT - Confirmed J - Wait list Suites on the same flight.- Stop over

I would like to do same flights for my honeymoon next year. What are all the details and point cost involved with this booking?

Nope, booked my wife and daughter with LH a while back, and then I just waited until two weeks out to book my seat with SQ. Her flight is down to F3 and the day before was F7 so I booked myself on that one, I think I have a much better chance moving my wife to an F6 flight.

SQ couldn't see the space, but they kept pulling the seat so it took a bunch of hucas with 30-45 min waits in between for the seat to go back but eventually I got it.

I booked 11 Months out, essentially I was monitoring the SQ website daily for weeks looking at the time period I wanted to go and made the booking on the day that my return flight was made available. It helps that were going on our honeymoon a few months after our wedding, so I didn't have to stress about an exact date, we just knew we wanted to time it to be around cherry blossoms in Japan.

As far as cost it was 425,000 SQ miles for the 2 of us RT. It was about about $1400 in total fees for the both of us. Thankfully we have enough points and award certificates to cover almost all the hotel nights as well for the entire trip.
