Do I take this over the more roundabout hkg-Del-fra-tlv on cx j/LH f? I've never been to FCT though I've flown LH f. I've also never flown ke f. Regardless I'd be able to access the CX FCLs in HKG.

i would go with cx and lh F. KE F you will have lots of opportunities to experience getting into FCL is not as easy

I'd stick with KE F over multi-stops and FCT.

I'd actually say the opposite. I'm more likely to find an opportunity to go to europe than asia. And there's a chance I return from israel w lh f, in which case I might be able to go to FCT. But is FCT much better than FCL w/ car transfers in FRA?

never been there but its on my bucket list, I just figured that you would have more opportunities for KE F as it is easier to get. But if you are not likely to go to Asia than I would do KE F and leave FCT for another time

Just because of the  ~5 hours in "Y" Fra-Tlv, I would stick with KE.
