EWR-SJC//SFO-EWR x4, 100k SQ.

Spent 2+ hours and countless HUCA's to get SQ to see the SFO-EWR space even though it had x9 and was showing on their website. (Got an error when tried to book online).

found aa -jfk-lax with 50k aa saver rewards, havent seen these in a while or ever really. think the lowest saver used to be for first like 62k. ex- august 23 -open availability -non stop on aa

Y couldn’t you just change the flight for 5k ?
Also did you check that the jfk flight wasn’t on the 787 ? Most jfk flights are on the 787 already.

It wouldn't let me change on the Qantas site and called it in and they said ELAl doesn't let changes so had to cancel and rebook.

Yes I checked and it was the 747.

Wow that’s not good news. I need to change my 2 tickets as well and I only transferred in 10k.

I’m gonna initiate a transfer and then make decisions. I’m actually contemplating on whether to change flights now or wait for a different flight to open. My ideal day of flying is not available as of now.
