No, but finding the right times and other factors could be hard. Also AA prices their own flights dynamically so it could alter results. And depending on the time of year it could be skyhigh or doesn’t exist

And searching to TLV will rely solely on BA’s releasing of award seats, though i don’t really have experience with that route on BA so don’t know

End of schedule is August fugured you grabbed seats the day the schedule was extended but 8 seats in Feb pretty astonishing. Given 2 seats are rare on aa metal.

Maskim, I’m not sure how you pulled off 8 seats. Was it the days you were looking for or you planned your trip based off a day you found 8 seats?

Needed just one night in ATH to visit family arriving from the U.S. for a cruise (I'm TLV based).  Will only be traveling with a backpack.

Way over: 22.5K BA Avios (transferred during a 30% bonus) + $120 for RJ TLV-AMM (economy) and AMM-ATH (business).  Stupid me waited a day too long and lost the opportunity for TLV-AMM to also be in business for a tiny bit more.  These mixed cabin bookings need to be done by phone, and in this case they did not make me pay the phone booking fee.  Easy peasy 1 hour connection.

Way back: 80 Euro Wizz direct flight ATH-TLV, cheapest "lite" package with no bags and no seat selection.

As they say in the army over here: if you're gonna be kravi (combat), be kravi till the bitter end (business); if you're gonna be a jobnik (desk job), be a jobnik till the bitter end (cheapest Wizz fare)!
