Slightly off topic, but what you guys use to keep track of flights, confirmations, hotels, cars, etc.. Do you use any programs or just make a excel sheet?

Otherwise I just use gmail labels.

+1, that's exactly what I do. Trip it comes in handy especially for flight, hotel, car etc. all in one place.
