Nope. They use the lie-flat product for the majority of those flights.
Just checked again. Looks like it's a lottery, depending which flight you take. Just as likely to get a 773 or a 333 with regional config, as you are a 333 with long-haul config. Looks to be 50/50. Definitely used to skew towards regional.
In any event, IMHO, it's still not worth it to add 40% (and no less than 5 hours of travel time) to your trip to fly CNX-BKK-HKG just to get CX J (which may or may not be long-haul and can and does often get switched out) instead of CNX-HKG (which is like a 2.5 hour flight)
