Now i need to figure out a way back.

Easy fix.
Just stay.

What fun that would be. Booking a one way ticket with no return.

I seem to enjoy that. Did the same thing on my Japan trip.

Yes, in my case, I is United First and X is United Sardine.

Sounds/looks great. KE F is pretty nice as well, so don't worry if CX doesn't open.

True, I'd just prefer to use 67.5k AA than 80k UR. I'll need to keep extending the hold, so if I can do that or someone gives be free UR I'll just stick with KE.

Also, from pix it looks like the foot well on F is a lot wider than on CX F. Is CX F restrictive down there? I'm comparing it to LH J on the 747-8 which has a really restrictive foot well.

CX F is the least restrictive seat/bed in the sky.
Not a big fan of the service, but the hard product is awesome.

Overall I'd take SQ or NH over CX due to excellent hard and soft products.

Wow. Heck of a first foray.

But, be warned... flying will never be the same.

Piece of unsolicited advice? Fly economy and forget F.

Make sure to be awake every minute of your flight time. No first class flight feels as good as the first one.
I can never forget my first F flight - even it was just UA F.
