And best time to call SQ is Between 9:00 pm and 5:00 am EST, I found to have the least waiting time on their daytime operation hours.

To answer your second question, no i dont. Just passing through there.
looks like PPT-LAX is much more difficult to book in J as many days they only have 1 flight. Challenge accepted!

I cannot find value in points with TLV as my destination ( from NYC) even when tickets are $929  ! Is this normal?
