Just got off the phone with AC. While they were not willing to manually request FRA-JFK they were willing to book me onto a married segment (VIE-FRA-JFK Biz) to then remove the 2nd part of it and add FRA-EWR to it as VIE-FRA stand alone was not available for a time in which I could have made FRA-EWR.
And flying through DXB/AUH you do approve, those aren't Arab countries any more?!

Would have around 3 hours to spend in FCT. Get a snack, some drinks, shower, Cigar room and get driven to the plane. Its the best LH has to offer in terms of ground service. All the things FCT is known for. But I don't know how much better it is then MUC considering that it would be a 2 hour shlep home instead of a 15 min drive from JFK.
