Which is why I don't think they can claim anyone acted in bad faith. Sometimes you know it's a mistake. This time it really wasn't clear. Hopefully I get it but not counting on it.
Why do they need to claim ppl acted in bad faith? If they want to cancel, they can. It might make sense to them not to. Of course if this was a mistake, it's a much more believable mistake, so if you r flying to the US and booked nonrefundable hotels, they may have to cover.
