I like my current return on lx with a 9 hour layover in zrh using miles and more. Could've done lh f for this way but didn't want to spend the yq
It's not crazy on return. Similar to your LX trip (320?)

lx was 270 but I would also pay the change fee. I also like the zrh stopover, looking forward to a fun day there hopefully

There also happens not to be any availability at this point on LH f but of course that could change.

+$100 change fee (and the increased mileage, but I guess consensus is that's worth it). I'll keep an eye out for it

You will not see it on M&M website. Check FRA-NYC separately and you should find F. It will only show Business Flex from TLV because ex-TLV only has J to Europe.

Good to know, thanks! At the moment the only availability would be tlv-zrh-muc-ewr and I don't think it's worth the extra stop. I'll keep an eye out for availability though. (I'd also prefer to fly from fra vs muc, I'd get to daven at kevorim in fra)

If you can find availability on TLV-MUC you may get the new A359 as an added bonus.

I know and I considered that routing for nyc-tlv, it did have availability for the past two weeks. In the end I decided kevarim in fra > better product on the second leg (and less yq was better than that, so I never booked it at all)

JFK-MAD-BUD* J x2 133k IB Avios transferred from 95k MR +~$203
MAD-TLV (Real)J x2  62.5k BA Avios with about 7k coming from 5k MR +~$62

*MAD-BUD was married to JFK-MAD. will try to cancel that segment or wont take it at all.

All in all 50k MR and ~28k BA +~$133 per ticket for Real J NYC-MAD-TLV not bad.
TLV-FRA-JFK LH J 52k M&M +$292

A380...Finally
