I know people aren't fans of all of the Virgin airlines, but maybe the hotels (or at least their only hotel in ORD for now) will be something better.

You can earn VA Elevate points from staying at the hotel(s), but they're apparently going to announce their own hotel rewards program soon. I don't know about the other way around.
