new sprint family share pack

anybody knows how the new sprint family share pack plan (http://newsroom.sprint.com/news-releases/its-a-new-day-for-data-for-american-consumers.htm) compares to the framily plan? on the phone with CS and they are trying to figure it out themselves?

The $100 data package includes 20gb of data. If you sign up this month, they are doubling it to 40gb.

So If I am reading it correctly the new plan in $100 for the data and $15/phone for talk/text...
Then there's is a sale promotion till dec. 2015 where phones (talk/text) are free= $100 total.
Is that correct??

The $15 monthly access charge per line is waived for each number thats ported from another carrier,  until 12/15.

All the number need to be ported from other carrier? Does that work from pay as you go plans like page plus?

Does "Sprint Family" divide the total 20gb among the number of lines, with a max for individual lines? or is the only limit the collective 20gb? (ie. Can 2 users use up the 20gb if 8 lines use no data?)

What is the termination fee if I would wanna cancel as soon as the 2016 fees hit?

If Im in middle of contract on a sero plan, will they let me change to Sprint family as either the main account holder or as a secondary?
