I actually didn't get an email about this but when going to log in I sat the banner, followed the link, and found out I was in
It doesn't say anything about only certain accounts being eligible but I guess we'll see if others get it.

Better then just double night value. Your second night is an upgraded hotel.

I understood your post perfectly. Wasn't arguing/disagreeing with anything either of you said.
Just mentioning that while you are getting double night value per stay, you can also potentially get quadruple $$ value since you only need to book a Cat 1 but can redeem for up to a Cat 6.
