Need inexpensive hotel near JFK

I live in Philly but flying on JetBlue out of JFK next Thursday. My flight leaves at 0630 and I plan to take a  shuttle from Philly wed night,-stay at a hotel so I can get to the airport on time. I just need an inexpensive hotel to sleep for a few hours. Any suggestions?

Don't know anyone in Far Rockaway/5T? Only about 7 min further than the hotels

I'd say your best bet (other than finding someone in the 5 towns) is Hotwire secret deals (usually cheapest) or priceline express deals (usually not hard to figure out the hotel and pretty great deals) or you can name your own price on priceline and probably do very well...especially if you know what you are doing

I have had good luck elsewhere with travelocity secret deals so will give the others a try.
