The only places you'll find more than a single good eatery are Miami and LA. Neither are great cities to be and I doubt either has food worth flying in for. Shallots in Chicago is the only place that stands a chance at that.
I'm assuming you meant "the only places that I have discovered"

Hi all!!

I want to spend at least two weeks this summer with my new wife trying the best Kosher food that’s not near the east coast.
We have the Southwest Companion Pass and plan on flying around and basically eating the best Kosher food out there.

Top 8 you would recommend or any tips would be appreciated!
(Herzog winery is our first stop BTW)
I found T-fusion in Brooklyn to have great food and even more awesome cocktails.
Watch this inspiring video.

(I would really love Dans input on this! :)
Where else can i get input from the masters on this?)

We want to spend at least three weeks this summer with my new wife trying the best Kosher food that’s not anywhere near the east coast.

Somewhere different = Better?

We have the Southwest Companion Pass and plan on flying around and basically eating the best Kosher food out there.

Why in the world would you waste three weeks on food. :o

You're newly married, make the most of your vacation time, food is always secondary

That is clearly your opinion and the OP clearly disagrees. Your posting here with your contrary opinion doesn't belong here, perhaps start a new thread.

Sure sounds like its both himself and his wife. Why assume its his wife?

If his wife didn't enjoy it he wouldn't be interested and doing all this research.

Of course, but why did you assume its his wife and not him also?

This is quite possibly the dumbest argument I've ever read on DDF. It seems like you two are just arguing for argument's sake.
