Does anyone think that the decision will be respected?

they have rabbunim that will make this decision.

Meanwhile there is already a few big rabbunim who said that they don't need to accept it, but only there rabbunim will make the decision.

So then why'd they go to beis din in the first place?
I wonder if a secular court would have ruled on this, if it would have been respected.
Does the BD have any recourse to enforce it's ruling?

Many Botei Din are structured as legally binding arbitration, and can be enforced in court.

The psak took 9+ years
No wonder why people rather go to court.
The same rabbis are furious when some go to secular court -  but it's their own fault.

They tried to get Rabbunim but they were unsuccessful no Dayin would go against a Bes Din, it was never heard of!

There is a famous vort כל מחלוקת שהיא לשם שמים סופן להתקיים everyone you talk to will tell you this isn't about "money" it's about the future of bobov - the same unfortunately goes for many fights among Rebbe's and gedolei and as long as it's lshem shomayin there is no end in sight.....

Even if the fight is only about money and kovod it doesn't change the fact that many people are losing their respect of DT. In addition many DTs are getting thrown out in courts for various reasons.

It's in R Benzion's best interest to pay.  Then they're proudly listening to BD and can fuss if the other side doesn't change their name, etc.

Of course, he could care less about 6M.

I'm talking about whether the other side will respect the judgment

what should the difference be. All of their entire הנהגה of life is from the same school of thought. There is a lot of pride that comes with באבוב. Any deviation of  the original השקפה would be be precived as unacceptable.

So if both sides represent exactly the same hashkafa, then how does the average balabos in Boro Park choose loyalties? What draws him to one side more than the other if they both have the exact same hashkafa.
