1) I have guest maybe once in 2-3 months
2) Meat is only for Shabbos and Chag (or some special occasions)
3) Eating out is not in our lifestyle (though we occasionally eat out)
Yea, so it seems to be high to me, but then again, I've been in Israel for a while now.
When we were living in the US, fruits were a luxury for us, we'd have apples, oranges, and most other fruit would be for shabbos. Lucky for us, in Israel, fruits/veggies are quite cheap and have become more of a staple in our diet.
