I also went to YU and lived at Golan.
I agree grill point's laffa wrapping needs improvement. I've always said if you combine GP's shwarma with Dudik's laffa wrapping, it's an unbeatable combination. I happen to think Golan's shwarma is terrible, but everything else is amazing.
I usually get shwarma or shnitzel laffa at GP and put in any salads I want and it's really good. Don't get shish kabab in laffa since as you said you only get a few pieces. Shwarma or Shnitzel.

When I need a quick dinner I get a schnitzel sub from either sandwich bar (closer) or burgers plus (further).  Given your not into sb I'd go with bp.
