S. Kohan started to charge me an extra $1 whenever I brought in only a shirt. Anyone provide comparable service? Would prefer something in the direction of Seasons.

Not near Seasons, more like Utopia but try King of Cleaners. He picks up and drops off if u want and has cheapest price in town (although he is slow on pickup and return if u want him to come to u) 718-380-2003.. Here's his price list http://kocleaners.com and if ur in yeshiva it's even cheaper

Thanks.  Went to Elite.  Wasn't too impressed but thanks anyway for the quick recc.

(We were particularly amused by the "cheese fries" -- mozzarella cheese microwaved over fries...)

We tried Bedford last night, here's our review:

We walked in around 7:30 and they had a lot of open tables, but wouldn't seat us because they had reservations. We ended up at the bar, which was actually nice. There were still a few open tables as we were eating, but they filled up by the time we left.

I enjoyed the food, although portion sizes were very small. DH did not like the steak (the main attraction) because it was slightly overcooked and over spiced. DH believes that a good quality piece of meat only needs some salt and pepper. They didn't have the stuffed mushrooms, which was disappointing.

Lamb Bacon - 4/5 pretty good, very fatty
Dumplings - 4.5/5 best thing there, really good and meaty
Brisket Sliders - 4/5 (DH gave it a 3)
14 oz. Steak - 2.5/5 the rub was overpowering and the meat itself wasn't highest quality
Fries - 4/5 Some were thick and most were thin and crunchy, I liked the variety

I ordered a Sangria, which ended up being way too sweet for me. I probably could have sent it back but didn't feel like making an issue. As per Dr. Moose's advice, we tipped the full 20% even though we were at the bar.

Overall, we probably would not go back, the food was very expensive and the steak wasn't even good. I also didn't like that the tables were pretty much on top of each other with very little privacy. Even at the bar, people bumped into our chairs trying to get through.

I'll try to post pics later.

Reminds me to post mine. We live a block away but hadn't been until a few weeks ago.

It was nearly empty at around 6, but we had called in a reservation just in case. I would call myself a fairly conservative eater, but it would be pretty silly to spend money at Bedford and not try some new tastes, so I just went with it. Plus I was starving and couldn't think straight, so I basically let my wife order for both of us.

We started off with the Spicy Kielbasa Flatbread. Though it involved a bunch of stuff I would normally never eat, but it was actually excellent. Then we had the Poutine Fries, which were really good - almost too much flavor. Lastly we had the smoked baby chicken (or something?), which is not currently on the website, but it was there on the menu when we went. It was served on a bed of jalapeno mash, which was green colored, and I think some sort of onion crisps. The chicken was okay, but the mashed potatoes were very interesting, and the onion thingies were good. Wouldn't order again, mainly because the chicken was underwhelming.

The hostess was sipping on some sort of drink which my wife thought looked interesting, so she asked her if it was from the menu. It was not - it was just water with cucumber, kale and a third green thing I can't remember a the moment (maybe lime?) - but she offered to make one for my wife, on the house. That was definitely a nice touch.

Overall, it was definitely an interesting place. I agree about the amount of food you're getting for your money (though really that's true of all high end places). But since it's so close I'll probably go back and try some other things I'd normally never eat.
