just went into L' Bella for the first time in a while. I tried to order the stuffed vegetable slice (which IMHO is the best slice in kgh) and they told me they no longer make it. when I expressed my shock the guy told me that there are new owners (again!?) And they are making them change the options and also their actual pizza recipe. it is so much worse now. it's such a shame that place had by far the best pizza and they are changing something that was not broken....

Terrible, I heard Bravo pizza bought them. Why do they need to go and change the best pizza in town

exactly what I told them. really a shame. the cooks (? chefs?) seemed so disheartened...

Don't feel like the wiki is updated and I've never done this.

What is a good Queens restaurant in the caliber of the higher end places like the Loft, Bison in Brooklyn, or Reserve Cut, Mike's etc. in Manhattan?

Thanks!

Walked by Bagel Boss (Main and Jewel) this morning, they appear to finally be open for business.

Not knocking Hapisga, but anyone who has ever been will tell you it's not in the same category as any of those in his list.

If only!

It takes that long only on sunday morning till about 11am and on any other day from about 11pm- 5am, any other time it's a min 30 minutes.  I've left queens after shabbos at 10:30pm and I still sat on the van wyke! Same thing when I go for a bris at 6am I still sit.

I tell people my tires have literally touched every single part of the van wyke and the side streets that's how often I drive it.
