business Platinum 150k bonus no language login offer.

Completed spend over a week ago and did not receive the bonus.

I completed spend on two cards on the same day (the 22nd) and the same time. One was the blue business Plus card (30k) and the other was the business Platinum 150k bonus.

On the 27th I received the 30,000 points for the blue business plus, but did not receive the no language 150,000 bonus.

Has anyone had this before?

I currently have a business platform card open besides the new card.

i opened personal plat on march 1st
on march 17th 695 af posted and statement closed
on march 18th i received email from amex saying that they closed the account at their discretion with no reason provided
i called to ask for af refund and they refuse
they also refuse to ley me redeem 19k points earned on first statement
any way to get them to refund the af or to let me redeem the points?

Why did they close your account? (And even if they refused to disclose the reason, do you have a guess)?

Do you have other AMEX accounts? If so, are those still open?

As far as your options are concerned, most banks have some sort of Executive Office team which handles escalations. For example, you could try to find the email address or postal address for the CEO or some sort of other high-ranking company officer and send them a complaint. Obviously the CEO isn’t going to actually handle your case but it may get routed to the executive office team which will respond on his behalf (and tends to be more empowered than your average Customer Service rep).

You could also file a CFPB official complaint.

had an all across shutdown 2 yrs ago due to multiple bonuses, figured id try to get a single plat card now, was approved but then shutdown 18 days later

Why not just pay off actual balance minus AF and see what Amex does?

I don't have a ton of personal experience but from what I've heard it seems to be dependent on the bank...some of them take it more seriously than others

Haha agreed. Amex not refunding the AF seems egregious given your circumstances. I would think the Executive Office approach I outlined above could help with this component of your situation.

Also, have you just been dealing with frontline reps? Or did you try escalating to a phone supervisor?

i tried getting a phone supervisor, but the rep refused to pass me on, she told me this is what the supervisor told her, and it is only up to the "back office" to decide.
of course there is no way to speak to this "back office"

Ah yes, the dreaded back office team that refuses to speak with the customer...always fun. Might be worth trying HUCA. I can't count the number of times that a frontline rep said "there's no point in speaking with a supervisor, they're gonna tell you the exact same thing" and then the supervisor comes on the line and tells me something completely different.
