Was just charged a renewal annual fee of $595 on biz plat instead of $695. Anyone know why or was I just lucky?

Booked flight on biz plat (for 35% back). I cancelled within 24 hours and I see the return of my money twice, once for cancelled fare and once a credit for the points deducted.

Will they take back the credit and reinstate the points automatically? I'm not even sure which I'd rather, just want to know the process.

I just had the same situation.. I assume the CC charges will just fall off at some point. after waiting a week of waiting for the points refund i asked for the points back and they did it immediately.

Yes they do. To answer my q

I would think the gold card does NOT have the same purchase protection or return protection but I could be wrong. Double check before you bank on it.

If I can't meet the minimum payment on an Amex Biz Plat Card, besides for the Penalty APR of 29.99% and the possible late fee, are there any other consequences? From what I understand since it's a business card it won't affect my credit, does that change if it's a charge card instead of a credit card?

IINM all missed payments report to the CBs even on business CCs. The only thing that doesn't get reported is your credit utilitiaztion.

Yes. You just need to message\call them with passport info.

You need an AMEX, but not that card IME.

I wasn't enrolled for Dell BP credit and made a purchase, called them up and asked if regardless they can apply credit said they will write in a ticket and get a answer in 7-10 days.  What are the chances they will apply credit?

Did dell already charge you? Sometimes it takes them a while to charge. You might be able to enroll quickly before they charge you
