After receiving the first response asking me about the offer code, I waited till my stmt closed, and when it did w/ no bonus, I emailed the Account Management team.

Here is the email.
I have checked your Card account ending in 91008 and see that the promotional offer associated with your Card account is "earn 50,000 Membership Rewards bonus points after they spend $3,000 on the Card within the first three months of Cardmembership."

Yes, you will surely receive 50,000 points.

I would like to inform you that as per the promotional offer the 50,000 points will be credited to your account within 6 - 8 weeks of meeting the $3,000 spend.

I see that you reached your $3,000.00 spend on 09/10/12. Therefore, please wait for 6 - 8 weeks from 09/10/12 for these 50,000 points to appear on your account.

If you have not received these points within this timeframe, please write back to us and we will issue the points to you.

In order to reach the spend needed, I have moved all of my spending onto the card since I received it. However, when I checked my recent statement, it didn't contain the bonus points?
Please help me

Here's what I meant,

My question applies to two different instances that I could think of

1) All AU's on the plat account get refunded for GE. If the AU is gold, will they still get refunded?

2) If I purchase the $200 airline incidentals with the gold card, will it get credited? (I know its once per account,  but my question is if that one time usage - if the purchase can be made on the gold card.)

anything else i should do before cancelling my Platinum?

and if i paid off all bills, how will they refund the AF?

and how long is it safe to wait before getting the regular platinum? (i have the MB)

wanna get a refund on the AF
1. should i cancel or downgrade?
2. downgrade to gold or to the lowest Zync? is there any difference?
3. if i downgrade to the Zync, do i have to transfer the points b4 i do it, or it will stay in my amex account with the Zync card( that will be the only one cuz this is my first amex card)

Sure. Plus you can cancel after receiving the points and your $200 incidentals.

They deduct $37.50 per month you had the card, and refund the rest.
