Does anyone know lately how long it takes for points to post.
After a 12 month hiatus, I got another platinum, and even after first statement, MR account still shows 0 points.
I.e. no base points nor bonus points.
I spoke to two reps, and they told me it will only come up after the second statement.
They claim they can't expedite it because its not even showing on the account as pending.
I am not in such a rush for the points, just want to make sure that everything is normal.

4) Click on points summary under the membership rewards column

Should show as pending points

I was billed the annual fee on my platinum card and the 60 days are almost up.

Id like to downgrade instead of closing the card.

The rep said that the zinc card isn't around anymore.  Are there any other fee free /cheap options?
