I just upgraded my Biz Gold card to Biz Plat using the link in the wiki. Any telling if this will cause me not to get sign up bonus on plat if I apply for a new one? In other words, is having upgraded to it considered as "having it within the last 12 months" in terms of getting the sign up bonus?

Offer still exists as of today's date.  If you ask the person taking the application, they will read the rules.  Specifically, it is that you cannot currently have this card or have had this card in the last year.  That is all the representative said.

I activated a Platinum on June 20th.  I've since made the spend for 40k, and successfully executed PGGM.  I'm still looking for a buyer for my GE, but don't want to risk the AF waiting for a buyer.  The AF posted when the first statement closed on July 10.

 Do I have 60 days from June 20th or July 10th to get a full AF credit? 

If I close the card after I pay the AF and I don't have an outstanding balance on the card, how will they refund me?

What is best to tell them as to why I'm canceling the card? (I'm guessing churning is not the best answer.)

60 days from July 10 they can send you a check or move the balance over to a diff
