how long should i wait after canceling the platinum card to resign again? and is this 50000 guaranteed or you have to call up and get it matched?

Wait at least 30 days (full statement cycle) from when you cancel. Nothing is guaranteed, but take a screenshot and you should be ok (unless there's something wrong with the link).

The T&C state that it is for new Platinum members only, but this has yet to be confirmed.

What makes this an excellent offer (if you can get it) is the fact that you can get $400 in airline credit. $200 before January 2012, and then another $200 after Jan 1, 2012.

If I'm not very credit worthy, should I not attempt a 2BM with the reg plat and mercedes plat? Should I only try for one?

on my wife's account she went through an fr and got a low credit limit, it's not such a big deal but would like to be rid of it. she has two gold cards, one of which i'm going to cancel because of annual fee. should i cancel both and then apply for the plat card, or apply first for plat first?

Is this link dead today? I tried both firefox and IE, none of it works. I have deleted cookies, caches, histories etc.
