Is it possible to use someone else's targeted offer? They tell me on the phone the name can't be changed. Is it a matter of huca? Any tried and true excuses?

I just saw an offer for 75k points after $15k spend. Two months ago, I got the BGR card with the 50k bonus, but now I want to capitalize on the 75k BGR bonus AND the 75k platinum bonus. Can I apply now or should I wait another month? I have a business with an TIN and I work as a sole proprieter under my own name as well. Can I apply for the 75k BGR bonus under my own social (since I used my TIN two months ago) and then apply for two platinum cards? Never took the game to this level but I am eager to go on a first class trip with the husband. :)

Many people are saying that you would get the bonus but multiple people claim to have not received it

Any confirmed reports of people getting the targeted RSVP Amex Biz Plat 100k bonus , in spite of TCs saying " not guaranteed if you have responded to an offer in last 90 days ?
