I got my free Boingo Wi-Fi to work for the first time ever today with CSL network on the Hong Kong Airport Express.  Previously, I would have said it's totally useless, but now it's only 99.99% useless.

Won't they say that the names have to match? I have called a few times and thats what they tell me. Is HUCA the solution? Has anyone had success without them requiring the names to match?

Looked from reports that they weren't changeable over the phone either, I may be wrong.
